If interviews or focus groups will take place, an interview guide is required as part of the proposal’s supporting documentation. If data will be collected by survey or interview guide/protocol, a copy of the survey/interview guide/protocol is required as part of the proposal’s supporting documentation. Any research that involves deception requires a debriefing statement.
