CCSNH Employee and Labor Relations
The CCSNH has a collective bargaining agreement with the State Employees' Association of NH, Inc., SEIU Local 1984 for employees assigned to the bargaining unit.

Health and Welfare Service Engine- Online Benefit Enrollment System
We are pleased to announce effective February 11, 2013, you’ll be able to access the new Health and Welfare Service Engine benefit enrollment system to view, enroll in, or make changes to your benefit plans. The new system is accessible in the Employee Self Service Portal. This system replaces CCSNH’s former Human Resources Benefits (HRB) online enrollment system. CCS Employee Self Service
The Employee Self Service has now been expanded to include the new Health and Welfare service Engine. Since May of 2011, employees have been able to use the ESS portal for online payroll statements, W-2s, and maintain their personal information, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
