CLAREMONT — During a recent conversation with a student, River Valley Community College President, Alicia Harvey-Smith gave the young woman advice on her future.

Concord, N.H. - Ron Rioux of Exeter was recently appointed Vice Chancellor of the Community College System of New Hampshire (CCSNH).

As Vice Chancellor, Rioux will oversee internal operations of the central office that serves the seven-college system. Rioux will also focus on business partnerships that strengthen academic offerings and operational practices of the college system.
