The Chancellor’s office is designed to ensure that CCSNH meets its statutory obligation to “operate as a well-coordinated system of public community college education,” and provides system-wide administration in the areas of strategic planning, budget and accounting, grants, legal services, risk management, government relations, capital planning, human resources, audit, information technology, distance learning, student learning management system administration, foundation and coordination with other agencies and institutions.
