WorkReadyNH

WorkReadyNH helps job-seekers improve their skills and add a nationally recognized credential to their resume. WorkReadyNH helps companies foster a skilled workforce, and find qualified applicants and employees.
“The more I participated, the more I became aware of the relevance to my present work situation.” - WorkReady Student
The program provides assessment, instruction and credentialing in key skill areas, identified by employers as essential to workplace success. WorkReadyNH will:
-
Assess job-seekers’ basic workplace skills in Applied Mathematics, Reading for Information, and Locating Information (the WorkKeys® Assessments)
-
Help job-seekers improve in these skill areas to earn a National Career Readiness Certificate at the bronze, silver, gold or platinum level (through the self-paced and fully online KeyTrain™ learning modules)
-
Provide classroom instruction in “soft-skill” practices identified by employers as key to workplace success (the Soft Skills course)
-
Upon completion, provide a nationally recognized credential that signals to employers that the WorkReadyNH participant has mastered key work-related skills and is ready to become a valuable employee
