Students, and not the college, must request their CCSNH college transcript to begin the process of transferring college credits.
The Community Colleges no longer mail grades to students. Instead, you can access grades through the individual campus Student Information System. Click on the campus links above to access this system for the college in which you are enrolled. |
A grade of "C" or better is generally required for transferring credits.
College transcripts will not be sent when the request has been made by phone, e-mail, or by someone other than the student. A student’s transcript is private information. No third party may receive a copy of a student’s transcript without the student’s written consent. |
Your CCSNH college transcript is a record of your college courses and credits but does not automatically guarantee acceptance at any other institution. |
When course credits are accepted for transfer, the credits but not the grades transfer to the accepting institution. |
Any issues regarding grades, attendance, course material, etc. should be discussed and resolved with the PRS instructor. |
High school grades for courses taken through PRS are based on criteria established by the high school; college grades for the courses are based on criteria established by CCSNH. |
There may be some instances when a college will accept credits for one student but not for another. Such decisions may depend on a number of factors: student’s major, course grade, availability of an equivalent course, or whether the course fulfilled a high school graduation requirement. |
Your Running Start Coordinator would like to hear from you about whether your college accepted your credits. We’d like to add your college to our growing list of institutions accepting CCSNH credits.
