Apprentice Programs

The New Hampshire Culinary Institute has partnered with two of the premier resorts in the United States to offer an innovative way to achieve a culinary degree. The Apprentice programs offer students the option to work in a well supervised environment, take classes, and receive an A.S. degree in Culinary Arts. Student/apprentices will have the advantages of being paid while they are receiving college credits, working in all areas of a professional kitchen, and develop an exceptional knowledge of food production.
