CCSNH Employee and Labor Relations
The CCSNH has a collective bargaining agreement with the State Employees' Association of NH, Inc., SEIU Local 1984 for employees assigned to the bargaining unit.

CCS On-Line Benefit System
Enrolling in or making changes to your benefit plans can be done online and editing your health care plan is as simple as a few clicks of your computer mouse. Click the link above for the CCS On-line Benefit Enrollment System.

CCS Employee Self Service
The new Employee Self Service system, accessible through the ADP Portal, allows employees to access their payroll statements and personal information on-line, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Mission Statement
CCSNH Human Resources is dedicated to providing services that contribute to the strategic and operating success of the CCSNH and its Colleges (WMCC, RVCC, NHTI, LRCC, MCC, NCC, GBCC and the Chancellor's Office).  CCSNH Human Resources is responsible for providing consistent leadership, guidance, and support in all aspects of human resource management and employee and labor relations.
