Matriculated students with demonstrated financial need who are permanent residents of towns with fewer than 15,000 inhabitants in New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts or Maine. Students must be enrolled in for the Fall of 2009 and the FAFSA financial aid process must have been completed.
