Early Childhood Education Tuition Assistance Program

Please complete the on-line application, print, then sign. Applications will be processed, in the order received, beginning up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the semester and ending either at the end of the drop/add period for the semester or when budgeted funds are depleted.

Eligible applicants will receive an award letter indicating the award amount, and the course/campus that the award will be applied to. It is very important that you bring this letter with you when you register for your course, or to the Bursar's office if you are already registered. The Registrar/Bursar's office uses this letter to credit your account so you will not be immediately billed.

Awards are granted to assist in covering tuition costs for early childhood courses.

By accepting these funds you are:

1. Making a commitment to complete the course for which you receive tuition assistance. If you drop your course after the end of the drop-add period for the semester, you will incur costs not covered by these funds.
   
   
2. Promising to complete a short survey centered on aspects of early care and education.
   
   
3. Obligated to maintain your employment within the field of early care and education for 3 months after the completion of the course. Samplings will be done each semester to ensure continued employment with those leaving the field needing to repay the award funds.
