Blue arrow What is EasyLogin?
EasyLogin enables students, faculty and staff to access CCSNH online services with one universal username and password. These services include the Student Information System (SIS), the Blackboard learning system, Email and online library resources.

Blue arrow How do I get started?
New students will need to first log into their Student Information System (SIS) account to retrieve their default EasyLogin user name and password as follows:

  1. To log into SIS, you will need your SIS ID number and default SIS PIN assigned to you by your college.

  2. Once you enter those and sign in, you will immediately be asked to change your PIN.

  3. After changing your PIN, you will create your SIS security question and answer.

    IMPORTANT: Keep a record of your SIS ID number, PIN and security question. These will allow you access to SIS in case you should ever forget your EasyLogin information. They will also allow you access to SIS when you are no longer a student at your college.

  4. Once you have successfully logged into SIS, click on the link that says Personal Information.

  5. Now click on Student EasyLogin Information

  6. You will see your EasyLogin user name and default password.

    IMPORTANT: Your EasyLogin default password will always be located here. In the event that you forget the answers to your EasyLogin security questions, you will need this default password to reacquire access to your account.

  7. You can immediately activate your EasyLogin account by clicking the link that says Activate/Manage EasyLogin.

  8. Once you click the Activate/Manage EasyLogin link, you will be brought to the EasyLogin portal.

Find the SIS link on your college web site. For a list of college web sites, go to: http://mymail.students.ccsnh.edu/.

Blue arrow What if I can't login to SIS?
If you are unable to login to SIS to retrieve your EasyLogin username and password, you can find online help here: http://www.ccsnh.edu/sishelp.html or contact the Registrar of the college offering the course:

Blue arrow How do I activate my EasyLogin account?

  1. Go to this page: https://sspswd.students.ccsnh.edu.

  2. Put your EasyLogin user name and password into the EasyLogin user name and password boxes respectively and click the Login button.

  3. Users who have not activated their EasyLogin account will see a pop up message describing what they need to do to activate their account. Once you have read this message and are ready to proceed, click the Click to proceed link.

  4. You will be brought the Manage Q&A screen where you will create your EasyLogin security questions and answers. Every user must create two security questions for their EasyLogin account.

    IMPORTANT: Once you have created your EasyLogin security questions, make a record of the answers. These questions and answers will allow you to reset your EasyLogin password should you forget it.

  5. Feel free to explore the EasyLogin portal. In the portal you may change your password and manage your security questions and answers. You may log into the portal anytime to manage your account.

    IMPORTANT: Once you have completed your EasyLogin account activation, be sure to click the Sign Out link in the upper right of the screen and also exit your browser window.

  6. You may now use your EasyLogin user name and password to access Blackboard, SIS, email and other college resources.

Blue arrow What is my user name?
Students can find their EasyLogin user name in their SIS account. It will look like their first initial + last name + 3 random numbers.

Faculty and staff use their email user name as their EasyLogin user name.

Blue arrow What is my “Default Password”?
Your default password is a password originally assigned to your account. It can be found within your SIS account. Your default password never changes. Your default password is important because should you ever forget your EasyLogin password and security question answers, you can set your password back to default. Setting your EasyLogin password to default can be done by going to: http://mymail.students.ccsnh.edu/StudentEmail/

Blue arrow How do I change my password?
Once activated, you can log into your account at any time to manage your password and security questions. Go to: https://sspswd.students.ccsnh.edu. Please be sure to sign out by clicking Sign out link in the top right hand side of your screen.

You can reset your EasyLogin password on this page:

Blue arrow Do Running Start students have an EasyLogin account?
Yes, Running Start students will also be issued EasyLogin accounts following the same guidelines as full-time students. They will have access to SIS, Blackboard, email and online library resources using their EasyLogin information.

Blue arrow What do Faculty and Staff use for their EasyLogin username and password?
EasyLogin usernames and passwords for faculty and staff are their current email username and password.
