To receive funds through this program students must:
- Be a student at one of the 7 colleges within the Community College System of New Hampshire
Begin by enrolling at the DirectConnect web site: https://directconnectnh.org/
You must submit an individual application for each course for which you are seeking assistance.
- Complete on-line registration process to obtain your DirectConnect ID Number. Please be aware that it may take 5-10 business days for your number to be assigned.
- Review the Career Lattice on the DirectConnect site as a tool to help you determine your career goals and community college course of study.
- Return to this page to complete the application step of the process.
Complete and submit your Application for directConnect Scholarship funds. On this form you will be asked to provide the following information:
- Provide current contact information.
- Complete your professional goal statement, clarifying how completing your training will contribute toward your ability to find/maintain employment in a community-based direct care position. This program is not intended to fund course work leading toward employment in clinical, educational, office, or institutional settings.
- Specify what course(s) you intend to take and the campus where you will be registering.
- Provide information under the Program Section on the application for data collection purposes.
Mail a completed copy of your application to the address indicated at the bottom of the form
- Fax copies may be sent to 271-2725
- Original signed copies must be received before awards can be issued
