DirectConnect Scholarship Program Highlights:The primary goal of DirectConnect is to provide financial assistance to individuals who intend to work as service providers in community-based direct care positions within the state of New Hampshire. DirectConnect funds the costs of tuition, fees, and books for eligible students completing approved course work leading to certificate or degree completion. The purpose of this program is to increase the number of equipped individuals who can fill NH community-based positions, including but not limited to: Direct Support Professional (DSP), Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Home Health Aide. Please understand this program is not intended to fund course work leading toward employment in clinical, educational, office, or institutional settings. This is not a need based program. Scholarships are given based upon availability of funds. Approved applicants may receive up to a maximum total of $2,500 per academic year. These funds are applied to cover tuition, fees and books. Please remember that applicants must apply each term for assistance through DirectConnect.
