Billing:
Individuals registering for training must pay before the training begins. You may use a credit card or check, and a Third Party Billing option is available.
If your employer is willing to pay for your training, he/she must send a letter on company letterhead indicating that they will be responsible for (name of the employee) taking (name of training) on (date(s) and cost.
Discounts:The Business Training Center offers the following discounts through their department only.
- State/Municipal employees will receive a 20% discount on most training programs.
- Employers will receive a 10% discount if they register 2 or more employees for the same course at the same time.
- Multiple employee and State/Municipal employee discounts are not to be combined with specific program discounts.
- Matriculated students in the Community College System of NH receive a 50% discount on training fees provided the training has met minimum enrollment required and there is space available. Any books/materials required for a workshop will be at full price.

Refund Policy:
In order to receive a refund you must contact us a minimum of three business days before the training start date. Refunds can take up to two weeks to process.
Cancellation Policy:The Business Training Center reserves the right to cancel any workshops for insufficient enrollment.
Inclement Weather:
Due to inclement weather, the cancellation of workshops may be necessary. Call our office at (603) 271-6663 for the latest information. We will have a message on our phone system after office hours for any cancellations. Please check WMUR for school closings and/or check NHTI's website. If NHTI has cancelled classes, the Business Training Center has cancelled training as well.
