Integrated Landscape Series: Following Nature's Lead

This seminar series is designed to educate and inspire professionals and homeowners alike in sustainable and ecologically sound approaches to landscaping, whether in municipal, residential, or commercial settings. The authors of Integrated Landscaping: Following Nature's Lead will share a new way of thinking about landscaping home grounds and public spaces using the best practices described in their book. Integrated landscaping treats each site as a system of plant and animal communities. Every step in integrated landscaping, from initial conceptual design to plant selection, installation and ongoing maintenance, anticipates and connects back with every other step. Each seminar will address design, establishment, and care as equal partners in the landscaping process and combine presentations with hands-on field experience.
