Andrew W. CunninghamAs President and founder of Centurion Properties, Inc., Drew is responsible for the direction and philosophy of the Company.  His concentration is on commercial real estate development and investment in New England and South Florida.

He also serves as the CEO and commercial insurance consultant with Montecito Solutions, Inc.

Drew founded the Centurion Insurance Group in 1977 and was its President until 2015; he specialized in hotel real estate & large commercial risks.

He previously served in a number of executive management positions including Vice President of Pneumo Corporation’s Cross Division, President of Northern Leasing, Inc., and CEO of Anacapa Industries, Inc.

He is a former Director of the Bank of Ireland’s, Citizens Bank - Northern Region Board, a Director of the Valley Health Care Coalition, Montshire Museum, and a member of the Board of Advisors of Anthem Blue Cross, a Rotary Club Past President & Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow, and Co-Chairman of The Entrepreneurship Forum of New Hampshire.  He also served on several insurance company advisory boards.

He is currently on the board of ARC Mechanical Contractors, a member of the board & finance committee of the Community Colleges of New Hampshire Foundation, Ledyard National Bank’s Investment Advisory Board, and the Executive Committee of the Friends of the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD).

Previously a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy, he last served on the Admiral’s Staff, 12th Naval District and Commanding Officer of a Naval Reserve Unit. 

Drew attended Hanover High School in Hanover, NH, Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT, Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, and did graduate work in Finance and Law at the University of California at San Francisco.  Drew has three daughters and lives in Etna, New Hampshire with his wife.
