The soft skills course is a classroom-based component of the WorkReady NH program that places participants in simulated workplace-related settings and covers areas that include:

• Job interviews

• General expectations

• Workplace safety

• Communication skills

• Team-building & conflict resolution

• Problem-solving

• Meetings

• On-the-job training

• Customer service

• Performance review

The soft skills course requires approximately 60 hours of instruction over a one-month period.  Classes are held at the Community College.
