Edwin Smith of Hinsdale, Former NH State Representative, Appointed to Community College System Board

 

Concord, NH - Edwin Smith of Hinsdale has been appointed to the Community College System Board of Trustees by Gov. Sununu and the Executive Council.  Smith is a former member of the NH House of Representatives where he served seven terms, three terms as chairman of the Public Works Committee and one term as chairman of the State-Federal Relations & Veterans Affairs Committee.  Smith also served as Director of Policy for the NH Dept. of Transportation.  He is currently an advisory board member for the Southwest Regional Planning Commission, and a member of the Hinsdale Commercial and Industrial Development Committee.
